2017 FPWA Banquet
 
 The Fish Point Wildlife Assocation Banquet was a huge success this year!! As always we would like to thank all those that were able to make it out and to our contributors who generously donated to our cause. We are looking forward to next years banquet, and if any of our members or anyone who attended this years banquet have any comments or suggestions please feel free to contact us and give your ideas. We strive to make our banquet enjoyable for everyone, so any feedback, good and bad, is always appreciated. 
 
Gaede Marsh
 

The Gaede Marsh project is already underway. The water was pumped out and a controlled burn was conducted earlier this month (Oct). There will be pictures in the photo section and also on our Facebook page.

 
Orange-Glazed Duck
 
  • 1 Wild Duck
  • 1Teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 Teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 Teaspoon ginger
  • 2 Cups orange juice
  • 1 Teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 Tablespoon currant jelly

Rub cleaned duck with mixture of salt, pepper, paprika, and ginger. Place in roasting pan (on a rack) and bake at 400 Degrees F for 1 hour. Drain off fat. Pour mixture of orange juice, lemon juice, and currant jelly over duck. baste frequently and continue to bake until tender.
